Ready to furnish your new short-term rental but short on time or design know-how? Leave the design and styling to me.

  • Full design concept with color palette, furnishings and layout

  • Mood board for each room

  • Shopping list with direct links for all furnishings

  • Airbnb supply list for bathroom, kitchen and bedding essentials

  • Setup and installation of furnishings for a finished look. Typically 2 to 5 days once everything arrives, and most homes are finished in one weekend.

  • Project management during setup and installation

  • Directed photoshoot with props (and at times models) to show off your features and amenities. Photographer not included.

Not included: Furnishings, supplies, travel and any handyman services are quoted per project.

For a 3-bedroom home with no existing furnishings, a mid-range furnishing budget is typically $35,000 to $40,000.
