No, these are digital styling guides, not paint chips. The colors inside are real Sherwin-Williams paint colors that you can order as samples directly from any Sherwin-Williams store if you decide to paint. The guide tells you how an entire room comes together — the wall, the trim, the rug, the art, the throw, the lamp. It's the difference between picking out one ingredient and being handed the recipe.

Each palette works just as beautifully when it lives in your soft furnishings (pillows, throws, art, rugs, ceramics, lamps). You don't have to paint a single wall to use the guide. Many of my favorite Coastal Calm rooms don't have a drop of paint from the palette on the walls.
