DESIGNER FOR A DAY
A Focused Design Experience for Clarity, Confidence, and Momentum
When Your Home Feels Almost There…But Not Quite Right
You know your space has potential.
You’ve saved inspiration, made a few purchases, and maybe even tried to move things around - but something still feels unfinished.
What you’re really missing isn’t more ideas.
It’s clarity, direction, and confident decisions.
Designer for a Day is a focused, high-touch design experience created for homeowners who want expert guidance without the overwhelm of a long, drawn-out process.
What is Designer for a Day?
Designer for a Day is a hands-on, collaborative design and installation experience where I work side by side to transform one room in your home - all in a single day.
This is a Do-It-With-You service. I am physically present, helping you redesign your space using what you already own when possible, shopping and sourcing as needed, directing furniture placement, styling, and bringing the room together in real time.
The goal is simple:
by the time I leave, your room feels finished, cohesive, and ready to enjoy.
What This Experience Includes
During your Designer for a Day, we may help with:
Reworking the layout and flow of your room
Re-designing using existing furniture and décor
On-site shopping and sourcing (or shopping together)
Directing and styling furniture deliveries scheduled for Design Day
Repositioning furniture and accessories
Styling shelves, surfaces, and finishing details
Quick décor updates that make an immediate impact
This is an immersive, collaborative day focused on real results, not drawings.
Who This Experience Is For
Designer for a Day is perfect for you if:
You feel overwhelmed by design decisions and don’t know where to start
You want your home to feel cohesive, functional, and intentional
You value expert guidance and time efficiency
You’re not ready (or don’t need) full-service design
You want clarity now, not “someday”
This is not a rushed session or surface-level advice.
It’s a thoughtfully guided experience designed to move you forward with confidence.
What We Accomplish Together
By the end of your Designer for a Day, your room will feel complete, cohesive, and ready to enjoy. Together we will:
Resolve layout and styling challenges that were causing frustration
Make confident design decisions aligned with your lifestyle and taste
Rework your space using existing pieces and thoughtful additions
Style and finalize the room so it feels finished by the time I leave
Identify any remaining items or optional next steps, if needed
The goal of this experience is clarity, completion, and confidence - without the overwhelm of a long, drawn-out process.
