  1. Reach me by phone, text, or brief video call

    Texts can include photos. Calls can include short video check-ins. Both count as one check-in.

  2. Send a 5–10 minute heads-up before calls

    So I can be fully focused and prepared for you. Business hours: Mon–Fri, 10 AM–4 PM EST.

  3. Get guidance, feedback, and direction

    Design feedback, layout help, purchase reviews, shopping strategy - up to 30 minutes per call.

  4. Renews monthly, cancel anytime

    Your retainer refreshes every 30 days. No long-term commitment required.
